Spicy Roasted Hazelnuts

Our Hazelnut orchard produces beautiful, jumbo-sized Ennis Hazelnuts that give the full Hazelnut flavor that Oregonians have loved for so long.  These nuts crack clean and are delicious in any recipe you have in your repertoire.

Our same dry-roasted technique with a little sparkle from a light simple syrup, salt and cayenne pepper toss.  Sea salt and Pink Himalayan salt come together to make this spicy and salty Hazelnut delight that is all too addictive.
